AFS Vocational Hub is a top vocational training center in Abuja, Nigeria. We are looking for a skilled Administrative Officer to join our team. This person will help run our center smoothly and support our training programs. The job is full-time. The ideal candidate will manage daily tasks, handle communication, and ensure our facility works well. We offer many courses like Fashion Design, ICT, Baking, and Solar Panel Installation. Our goal is to train people for great careers with practical skills and industry knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office tasks and follow our rules.
- Handle office records and paperwork.
- Talk to students, staff, and other people outside the center.
- Help plan training programs and events.
- Take care of the facility and buy office supplies.
Requirements
- You need a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, or Liberal Arts.
- You must have 4 years of experience in a similar job.
- Experience in an educational institution is a plus.
- Being part of a professional group is an advantage.
Salary
- N100,000 to N180,000 per month.
