We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

1. Job Title: Senior Accounts Officer

Location: Lagos
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports To: Head of Finance / Finance Manager
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Senior Accounts Officer will manage core accounting functions, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The role also supports budgeting, forecasting, and internal control processes within the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate accounting records based on financial standards
  • Ensure timely posting of journals, reconciliations, and month-end closings
  • Generate financial reports – P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
  • Assist during internal/external audits with proper documentation
  • Manage vendor invoices, payment schedules, and reconciliations
  • Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Support budget development and highlight deviations to management
  • Ensure VAT, PAYE, WHT, and other tax obligations are met timely
  • File statutory returns and remain compliant with tax laws
  • Strengthen internal controls and streamline accounting processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or CPA) is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in accounting tools like Sage, QuickBooks, or SAP
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)

2. Job Title: Product Sales Manager (Hardware)

Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Head of Sales / GM – Commercial
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Product Sales Manager (Hardware) will lead sales activities, increase revenue, and improve product visibility for hardware solutions including laptops, desktops, servers, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Manage pricing, margins, and discount structures for hardware lines
  • Build product visibility through market penetration and channel expansion
  • Act as product lead for all hardware SKUs
  • Monitor competitor trends and product performance
  • Coordinate inventory levels with procurement and demand
  • Conduct team training on hardware offerings and sales techniques
  • Build OEM partner relationships (HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.)
  • Lead B2B sales discussions and client presentations
  • Submit WPRs and MPRs, track KPIs, and support budgeting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IT hardware or technology distribution
  • Familiarity with OEM partner programs and enterprise solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and increase market share for HP Prints & Supplies

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
