1. Job Title: Senior Accounts Officer

Job Summary:
The Senior Accounts Officer will manage core accounting functions, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The role also supports budgeting, forecasting, and internal control processes within the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate accounting records based on financial standards
- Ensure timely posting of journals, reconciliations, and month-end closings
- Generate financial reports – P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
- Assist during internal/external audits with proper documentation
- Manage vendor invoices, payment schedules, and reconciliations
- Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
- Support budget development and highlight deviations to management
- Ensure VAT, PAYE, WHT, and other tax obligations are met timely
- File statutory returns and remain compliant with tax laws
- Strengthen internal controls and streamline accounting processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or CPA) is an added advantage
- Proficiency in accounting tools like Sage, QuickBooks, or SAP
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)

Job Summary:
The Product Sales Manager (Hardware) will lead sales activities, increase revenue, and improve product visibility for hardware solutions including laptops, desktops, servers, and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage pricing, margins, and discount structures for hardware lines
- Build product visibility through market penetration and channel expansion
- Act as product lead for all hardware SKUs
- Monitor competitor trends and product performance
- Coordinate inventory levels with procurement and demand
