The Head of Internal Audit & Compliance will lead the companyβs internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks. The role also includes providing strategic direction for internal audit operations and ensuring full regulatory and operational compliance across the Group.
π Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Governance
- Champion audit and compliance awareness across the company
- Guide teams on governance, risk, and control best practices
- Advise all departments on compliance and audit processes
- Coach and mentor the Audit & Compliance team
Compliance Oversight
- Design, execute, and monitor the Compliance Program
- Conduct investigations for non-compliance incidents
- Develop and implement risk-mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present reports to the Audit Committee
- Maintain relationship with regulatory agencies
Internal Audit Management
- Create annual risk-based audit plans
- Design internal audit procedures and oversee audit activities
- Review financial disclosures and internal controls
- Report key findings to the Audit Committee and Executive team
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)
- Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Drive continuous improvement in QHSE performance

- Bachelorβs degree from a recognized university (Masterβs or MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 10 yearsβ experience in Risk Management or Internal Audit (5 years in senior role)
